(Working alongside statesmen, politicians, celebrities, actors, musicians, lawyers, technicians, etc.) She has undertaken a variety of roles from creative to senior management and has earned a deserved reputation as a trouble-shooter with the ability to motivate. Her positive, proactive style of management has generally seen increased staff performance and greatly improved morale. This approach not only benefits the individual but more significantly the organisation's productivity and profit.
